Shipping Policy
Delivery information
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia, delivery fees will be added at the checkout page.
Wines are shipped with a range of couriers and you should expect delivery of your wine within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Any delays outside of Seven Dials Wines control due to weather, or disruption to logistics will be communicated to the customer and every reasonable effort will be made to ensure delivery. Wine will only be shipped for minimum orders of 6 bottles, wine can only be purchased in case lots of 6 bottles or 12 bottles. Postage is calculated once you have completed your shopping and will be displayed at the checkout when your payment is finalised. Appropriate ID may be required to ensure the recipient is not less than 18 years of age. On delivery please inspect the goods to ensure there are no breakages and that the correct items have been received.

Incorrect address/delivery details.
If any deliveries cannot be made due to an incorrect address or incorrect delivery details, the wines will be returned to us, additional postage charges will apply for re-delivery. Seven Dials Wines cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses which are provided by the customer. If the incorrect address is supplied to us and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, flawed or faulty. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.

We will endeavor to replace the stock as the first option, if this is not on option then you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
