Marie and I met in London at the turn of the century, we worked together in Covent Garden in an area called Seven Dials, so named because of an ancient Sun Dial in the meeting of seven streets. We worked together and made plans to move back to Australia together, a brief stint in Brisbane then lead down to South Australia.  Marie worked in Travel and I worked in Wine so when we decided to start a wine label it was an easy idea to start with where we met, then Seven Dials Wines began.....

Each Wine has a Dial that reflects the variety and also the inspiration behind the label. The Seer Cabernet is inspired by our daughter Sienna and the Dial is a clock because of the timeless nature of both Cabernet and Sienna. The Observer Shiraz is inspired by our daughter Geneva and the Dial is a compass, Geneva has travelled the globe to all points of the compass and so has Shiraz. Lastly, The Ancestor Blend, is inspired by our Ancestors and their wisdom and the Dial is the Telephone Dial which is all about communicating to our Ancestors.
